A guided meditation for purifying our selves and releasing old, disempowered thoughts, wounds and emotions (both unconscious and conscious) and uncovering our true selves.

This is a purification meditation.

We begin with the breath.

Take a few slow, long, deep breaths. Extending the belly on the inhale,

and bringing the belly back on the exhale.

Another one. Feeling relaxed, going deeper within ourselves, we take another breath, and exhale.

Feeling more relaxed, facing elevator doors.

We take a few steps toward the elevator and the elevator opens.

We're drawn to go inside and we're opens.

We're drawn to go inside and we walk forward, feeling so safe, getting in the elevator.

We walk in and the door is close still feeling safe. We realize we're drifting down to the ground floor.

Down, deeper we go, feeling relaxed, we feel the pull of the elevator, bringing us down, down, down.

When we reach the ground floor, the elevator door is open, and we walk out finding a beautiful

lake in front of us.

Surrounded by hills with trees all around.

So much greenery, so much beauty. We hear birds. The water is lapping up to the shoreline. The sun is bright in the sky and dances on the water.

We walk up to the water, decide to take our shoes off and put our feet in the water. It feels so good. It's warm, nurturing.

The sun is basking down on us.

We decide we'd like to go into the water.

And we walk into the water.

Even if we can't swim, we realize we can now.

This water is safe and will protect us.
