Summary

A guided meditation for when we feel scattered, spacey, "not all here." Grounding helps with focus, feeling present and awareness. It is beneficial to do this meditation daily. When we ground we are anchoring ourselves into the earth, which can be a very healing ritual on all levels.

Let's get in a comfortable position.

Feet on the floor, hands comfortably resting,

and close your eyes.

This is a meditation for grounding.

Let's start out by breathing a few deep breaths very slowly, inhale and exhale. And let's do a few of these. peace. Nice and slow.

Let's begin by calling all of our energy back.

Throughout the day we get scattered and parts of us get fragmented. So let's call this energy back to our being right now.

Imagine a beautiful sunburst going in reverse with you being at the core at the center.

Breathe in all of your parts that were fragmented off.

See them coming home into your being. When you feel that all of your parts have come back and your core, that your feet

notice the floor that your feet are gently resting.

Just feel your shoes or of your barefooted. Just notice the floor under your feet.
