This meditation helps to reprogram the mind with empowered thoughts that enable you to set goals and achieve success in life.

We often times feel stuck or may have negative self-talk around goal setting and success. Many of us lack the confidence or beliefs within ourselves that we can become successful. This meditation plants seeds of empowerment, confidence, worthiness, and self-love into the mind that will enable you to make true life changes and begin to see yourself in a new way.

And let us begin with a nice deep cleansing breath.

Taking a few more deep breaths. In your mind's eye, yourself next to a beautiful waterfall in an area with a mountain and lots of trees and greenery.

Imagine yourself seated in a comfortable place on a grassy area, rocks, soft cool peat moss, anything that feels comfortable for you.

Notice the clouds drifting above.

Feel the mist from the waterfall.

It feels cool and refreshing on this beautiful day.

Here the birds chirping, singing, and playing in the waterfall, drinking the pooled water nearby. As the wind gently blows, you hear the leaves clatter against each other. The breeze is delightful on this day. The temperature feels perfect. The sunlight comes down and warms your body.

It's a wonderful feeling.

The sunlight seems to flow through and penetrate into your body,
