Allow yourself to become present.

Take a nice long deep breath, and another.

feel yourself sink deep into the surface we are sitting and let it fully support you. Take another deep breath.

As you sink into your chair, feel your muscles release and let go.

All tightness is drifting away.

As your muscles release and soften, so does your breath. You feel yourself sinking deeper into yourself.

as if the center of your being is quicksand, feel yourself fall and collapse deeper into yourself.

You're breathing easily as you are carried deeper into the depths of your being.

You feel yourself gently land on a soft, thick bed of grass.

You can feel the coolness of the grass under you.

You can fully let go and allow the grass to support you.
