| 2:40.3 | All parts of you are relaxing, coming into the moment, |
| 2:49.4 | and becoming fully present here and now. In your mind think of your favorite most special place where you feel relaxed and safe. |

| 3:22.1 | Wherever it is, allow your mind to visit there now. |
| 3:25.0 | It can be whatever you want, an ocean, a lake. |
| 3:32.0 | Maybe it's a mountain where you've hiked. |
| 3:38.0 | Perhaps it's someplace with snow or even a city. |
| 3:52.0 | It's your special place. On the count of three, you will see yourself there fully. One, two, and three. Feel yourself there now. |
