This meditation is excellent for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed. In this meditation, we ground and cleanse to regain peace back in the present moment.

worries and stresses and concerns, all of your overwhelm and your to-do list and let it go just for right now, just for you.

So take a seat, put your feet firmly on the floor.

Put your palms gently on your lap with your palms facing up.

Let's close our eyes and take a deep breath. As the mind begins to give you the dialogue that you don't have time or there's too much to do or the sense of overwhelm.

Let's take all of those thoughts that are coming from the mind, put them in a box outside the room where you're sitting

with a beautiful bow on them,

knowing that at some point

you will get to them later.

After this conversation,
