We are about to get into kind of a controversial topic here, the medicated versus unmedicated

birth.

This is a topic that we plan to dispel once and for all.

So I really feel like in the world of birth and when a woman's pregnant, a lot of people

want to know what are your plans for birth, what are your goals for birth?

And it's a very us versus them mentality when it comes to medicated versus unmedicated.

People seem to think you have to pick aside.

It's kind of like politics.

You're either all Democrat or all Republican and people don't understand that there can be a lot in the middle.

Yes, a lot. So we want to encourage you that it shouldn't matter to anybody except for you about how you choose to give birth.

So right now, if you, no matter how you choose, are getting any flack from anybody, let it go. It does not matter.

My girl, Rachel Hollis, she says somebody else's opinion of you is none of your business.

And I feel like that can kind of apply in this situation of as well. Somebody else's opinion

on what your ideal birth looks like isn't really it's not their business and it's it's yours
