I am super excited for today's topic, mostly because the title of it's pretty spunky.

But really, it's a good topic that we need to cover for your sake. And that is why the

class offered at your local hospital probably sucks. Take us away, Stephanie. Okay, number one,

don't get mad at us, particularly if you either teach at a hospital or if you have had a good

birth class at a hospital. And the only way to know that would be to take another one that was not at a hospital or if you have had a good birth class at a hospital.

They do happen. It's like a unicorn situation.

But every once in a while there can be a good class at a hospital, but it's rare.

Yeah. And here's my like preemptive. I don't know if that's the right word.

Here's my caution with that.

If you are taking a class that is offered out of hospital, I'll name one or two, but it's nothing specific just so that you know what we're talking about.

If you take a hypno birthing or a Bradley birth class out of hospital and you take it by somebody who teaches it in the hospital,

it is likely that they have been given different parameters in which they can teach it,

meaning they can't say certain things or give you necessarily all the information that they
