Hey guys, happy Monday. So this week I have Alex on. I was on Alex's podcast a few months ago.

She has a pretty popular podcast. It's called This Family Tree. And we talked all about birth

and pregnancy and a bunch of cool stuff on that episode. So definitely go check that out.

But Alex came back on my podcast today to talk through two of her births that she had.

So Alex is a mom obviously. And she has two girls. And I loved this birth story.

These two birth stories so much because Alex had a very medicalized birth.

And she made it very clear that her medicalized birth was extremely positive.

She felt like, you know, there was no beauty taken from her because it was so medicalized.

And I think we highlight some of those supernatural,

unmedicated, non-medicalized births so much, which those are great. Obviously, you know,

I love those types of births and I love hearing about birth stories.
