0:26.5	important topics today. But before we begin, Kim, why do you tell us a bit about your background?
0:31.1	Yes, I'm the CEO of Wealth Legacy Institute, which is a registered investment advisory firm
0:36.6	out of Denver, Colorado,
0:38.6	specializing in pre-retirees, kind of saving four to living in, moving them through that
0:43.5	transition. Okay. So how did you get started down this path? What kind of drove you there? What was
0:49.3	the impetus to do this? Oh, Kirk. The abbreviated story, I actually have a legal background and I ended up in
0:58.9	finance by a quiz. I had a friend in human resource. My background, I have a legal background in
1:04.8	negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and I became a spokesperson and no longer was doing
1:09.8	settlement conferences.
1:16.4	This person put me through a bunch of series of assessments and finance came up, financial planning came up, and I've been doing it for almost 30 years.

1:21.2	So mediation, arbitration, negotiation, that sounds interesting.
