2013 and still take an intentional fitness walk every single day. I'm walking right now and I would

love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. I'm an introvert. If there was a scale, an introvert scale from 1 to 10, I'm probably in the 8, maybe 8, 9 range.

I often describe myself to others when this topic comes up, and it's appropriate that I'm a full-on introvert.

And there are a lot of different definitions of what makes someone an introvert and what makes

someone an extrovert. The one that I heard that really makes the most sense to me is that an extrovert

recharges by being around people and an introvert recharges by being alone.

That doesn't mean that I want to be alone all the time. I don't. And maybe that would

maybe that would be the 10 on the introvert scale. Never wants to be around people. I don't know.

One of my favorite days of the year was Christmas morning for decades when we were in Maryland, we hosted a brunch, a Christmas

brunch for family and friends. And we would have between 20 and 30 people in the house. And I think

there was one year where it was close to 36.

So this was our family, extended family, friends that didn't have family in the area.

And we had this massive spread of food, cheesy hash brown casserole, which we only had on Christmas morning. That was wonderful.

We had waffles and bacon and cinnamon buns and energy was high and we exchanged Christmas gifts.
