Summary

Family is family, but business is business. Should the two mix? Many entrepreneurs have to ask themselves this very question. What’s the risk/reward balance of hiring and managing the people closest to you? For some businesses, it can work beautifully. Take the husband & wife team of our host Omar and producer Nicole, for example. For others, it can raise complications that hurt the business — or worse, the personal relationship.
