biggest asset. This is something I learned the hard way. Something I really saw really to be true when I built Webinar Ninja

our software company, the better our talent has become, the better the product

has become, the better the business has become. And I'm talking about in all facets of the business,

whether it's sales or marketing or development or content.

And if you want to attract a great team and keep a great team,

you've got to be a decent boss, you got to be a decent manager and

a decent leader.
