So let's make sure that you're a great one. Let's get down to business. All right, like we mentioned in the previous episode, great managers have great management

skills.

These are skills that you're going to have to build over the course of time.

Now you may be stronger in some of them than others, but the point is that you need to be very

well-rounded at them and make sure that you are at least proficient in most of these.

Now the first thing I want to talk about when it comes to being a great manager

is that you need to be able to manage a few things properly.

The first thing you need to manage properly is yourself. You might be thinking

yourself, what does that mean? It means being able to manage how you handle situations, how do you handle

your business, how do you handle yourself as a business?

That includes how do you deal with disappointment?

How do you deal with achievement?

How do you deal with how you feel when you're so tired and stressed out?

How do you deal with when you have time off?

Do you actually relax?
