Let's get down to business guys. It's very important for us to differentiate between a manager and a leader and

we're going to go over in later episodes what makes a great manager what makes a

great leader in detail.

But first, let's talk about the differences

of what a manager is and what a leader is.

Now, this may sound a little bit obvious,

but a lot of people don't make this connection,

but a manager must have management skills.

So if you are a manager and all of us are managers as entrepreneurs, even if you're a business

of one, you're managing the people that you're working with, people that you outsource work to,

different suppliers that you're working with, you're managing these people that you work with.
