recruit it allows you to stay on track it allows you to make easier and more precise

decisions because you know what you're for and what you're against.

Many entrepreneurs start and run businesses and don't know what their core values are for their business.

It's kind of like an afterthought and then later they realize,

wow, I'm having a hard time attracting the right customers, building an incredible team.
