0:38.7	But sometimes we get into very heated arguments because we both feel strongly about a certain way
0:45.7	of doing something or a decision we have to make. How do we resolve it? Do you have any

0:53.8	I've had a co-founder for over 10 years.
0:56.6	And if you work with somebody for that long,
0:58.8	you will have disagreements.
1:00.5	You will have points where you just don't see eye to eye. And business owners, business
1:05.7	founders, they're passionate about what they're doing. And it's normal for them to feel strongly
1:11.9	about their opinion, to feel strongly about the way they want to do something,
1:15.1	especially when there's an opposing organ, somebody telling you no that's not how to do it.
