This is a book that I've resisted reading for some time because David Guggins is a very intense

guy.

You've ever seen him on social media, seen his videos.

He's very much in your face and it's almost like too much.

I'm like, I'm not sure if this guy's my cup of tea.

But this book is incredible. UK Hermey is his memoir, and it's very inspiring.

It chronicles the extraordinary life that he's had overcoming adversity after adversity,

and how he was able to build relentless self-disciplined mental resilience and an unstoppable

spirit to conquer anything that comes his way.

So I wonder, over 5 million copies have been sold.

That's nuts.
