things regardless of the fact that you're in a funk or just feeling a little bit lazy.

We got to make it happen. Our business depends on it. Let's get into it. Let's get down to business.

All right, let's jump right into my five-step process of motivating yourself to get things done when you're in a funk.

Step one is the most important step, because nothing gets done unless we change our mindset.

We have to do something to get out of this funk so we can start moving forward.

And this step is called Remind Yourself.

Now, I like to do this step outside of where I work, my office.

So this might mean stepping out for just a minute,

maybe outside the room or maybe outside in your

front yard or your balcony or even just a quick walk around the block, five minutes.
