Today's question is from Dave, and Dave asks,

hey omar, I have a particular question that deals with a specific

situation in my business right now. There's a team member that I have that is not performing

well. We went through a bunch of evaluations. I try to put them on a progress plan, but things have not improved. Should I fire someone on my team before I've even found a replacement. I'm not sure what steps I should

take should I find somebody first before I let them go. Would love your
