You might have heard of the no code movement that has been going on for the last few years,

These are platforms and tools that allow you to visually build out

platforms, communities, basically software to run your business. But is it

right for your business? Should you rely on no code? What are the pros? What are the cons? Where can no code get you into trouble as a business owner?

It's important for me to share with you these topics because a lot of times there's these movements that come out

There's a lot of momentum. There's a lot of energy and sometimes they're just overrated they're overhiked and I don't want you to invest time money and energy

Into something new in your business if it's not going to get you or turn on an investment. So will having a no code solution in your business get you that ROI, but we get into that in today's lesson so

let's get into it. Let's get down to business.

I want to start today's lesson by giving a very clear-cut example of no code development.

And that's a website builder like Squarespace.

Typically, if somebody wanted to create a custom website,

they would need to know how to write code.

They'd also need to know how to design and implement

that design with some sort of programming language they've learned, but not with a no-code

solution like Squarespace. Squarespace gives you templates. It's like a tool where you can drag and drop.

And I'm just using Squarespace as an example. There's plenty of alternatives like Weebly and Wicks and other ones.

But the point here is that you can visually design your website using some tools, drag and drop,

move some things around, and the code kind of takes care of itself.
