0:56.6	they could be negative comments on Twitter or Facebook or Instagram,
1:00.0	it could be a negative review on your podcast, on Apple Podcast, for example.
1:04.0	And in today's listen, I want to show you what works when it comes to handling them.
1:08.8	Don't just be one of those entrepreneurs that say, hey, haters are going to hate and you just ignore them.

1:20.0	Let's get down to business. Let's face it, getting a negative review or comment online does not feel good.
1:27.6	Okay? Doesn't matter how long you've been in business, somebody saying something negative about you or your business is going to hurt a little bit.
1:36.5	You work hard every day on this thing. You've sacrificed so much. It's only natural for you to feel not so hot when somebody you know poo poo poo poo-poos on what you do.
1:47.8	I want to start by saying you should not just ignore it. You should do something about every negative review or comment on social.
1:57.5	Sometimes these comments are just out of frustration because maybe they're not getting exactly what they want from your product or service.
2:04.8	Sometimes it's just, yep, pure hate, people just being mean, and that's just a reality of the world.
