environment is a safe place. I'm not talking about the roof collapsing over their head,

I'm talking about the ideas they bring forward.

Everybody in our team should feel like this is a safe space, where they can learn, where they can grow,

where they can contribute without fear, and even challenge to the status quo without worrying of the repercussions.
