And in today's episode you will learn how to get your team on board with your vision.

As the leader of your business, your company, it's your responsibility to make sure everybody on your team,

no matter how big or small, understands what you're trying to achieve, where you're trying to go.

Your vision for the company needs to be so clear that they can

tell other people easily and simply what your vision is. Part of that is making sure that

you simplify that message, simplify that vision as simple as possible.

And the first step of that is understanding what your vision is, you know, really deciding

by yourself as a leader or in your leadership team what you're trying to do with your business

and you're going to boil it down to a very simple vision statement.

And then after that your job is to make sure that this statement is understood and is clear to everybody on your team.

But it's not enough for just you to understand and communicate this to your team once, you need to constantly communicate this to them.

Just like motivation and showering, you should be doing it regularly.

So we get into all of this, a lesson that's so important for us as a business because if you don't know where you're going, if you don't have a vision that's clear, your team's going to be confused.
