AJ Gavard, we're glad to talk to you direct from New York and Arizona to Brazil.

And in making this connection, I guess if you follow a lot of the U.S.-based UFO literature,

there's always talk here about disclosure where the government is going to reveal the secrets it allegedly knows about UFOs.

Now, is there a similar movement in Brazil and other parts of South America or what?

Oh yes, absolutely, Gene and David. Yes, there is a strong movement down in South America, in many countries actually,

of people who research UFOs and who are willing to pressure, to put some pressure over our

governance to make it release what they're hiding.

Now, we have a movement here in Brazil where I'm speaking from.

Similar right now going on in a few other countries like Peru. You imagine, there is a very

poor country and even then they have a very strong movement towards opening files and in Ecuador, which is a very small country.

But guess what? In South America, you will find Uruguay, which is one of the smallest countries in the continent,

who has an open commission for UFO investigation which is inside the

Department of Aviation of Uruguay and it has been on for almost 30 years just as old

as France now we know that France started releasing files back in 1876. The government admitted

that UFOs exist, that they come from somewhere else than this planet, and they started

investigating UFOs on an open basis. Now, just a few years after that, Uruguay, here in South America, decided to do just the same.

And since 1979, Uruguay has a committee to investigate UFOs.

And right now, we have similar committees to investigate UFOs on an open basis by both civilian and military personnel.

We have them in Chile, we have them in Peru, we have them in Ecuador.

And what we are trying is to have the same thing in Brazil.
