0:44.0	Hey, how are you doing, Tim? Great. So welcome to today's interview and actually had, I don't know, maybe 20 people after we talked about you and your success, doing what you're doing
0:54.3	to make so much money and help so many people in this market asked to have you on the podcast.
0:58.9	That started probably about 18 months ago. So here you are.
1:02.4	Well, awesome. Well, I appreciate it. I'm happy to be here.
1:05.3	Tell them a little bit about yourself. We were you sell real estate, what you did prior to selling real estate, let him, you know, this little bit of get to know you. Oh, yeah, absolutely. So my original career in life was a career firefighter.
1:18.4	I worked that job for about 18 years. I got into it right out of high school, you know, went to college at the same time.
1:30.4	And, you know, one of the benefits of being a firefighter is you have an adequate amount of time off based on their work schedule.
1:38.5	So I always had an interest and passion for real estate.
1:42.3	So I got licensed. And I'm actually licensed in both Michigan and Florida.
1:49.3	And I used to split time pretty regularly back and forth between the two.
1:54.6	Most of the time now I'm up full time in Michigan.
1:58.2	I'm in like the southeastern portion.
1:59.9	So between like Detroit and Ann Arbor and kind of service
2:05.1	the three or four counties directly around there.
