The other thing I want to say is that I'm aware that narcissism is a word that is thrown

around very lightly these days. And anyone who has suffered at the hands of a true narcissist,

anyone who's really lived that experience, knows that the flippant way in which it is

often discussed devalues and minimizes the very real, very serious abuse and trauma that true

diagnose someone in your life as a narcissist for it to be useful to you. You need only pay attention
