My first job when I was 14 years old, I worked at Rico's Pizza. I was a pizza bus boy. I had to get an exception because in California you have to be 16 to work.

We have almost 5,000 employees globally, and this is my duvet for it. What did that job teach you about life? There's no job that's too big for me. How can you make sure that the chores doesn't make you depressed? You're earning your way up to the cheers. We have a number of young people that will come to us, less than the year's work experience, and they want to be CEO tomorrow. First of all, be great at the job you have today.
