Summary

Our vibrational frequency is constantly bombarded by our surroundings. Controlling what we ingest is one of the key ways to make sure we are on track to build our Positive Mindset.

It is so easy to not be aware of the inputs around us are. We think about food and the healthy decisions we have to make there. But how much are we thinking about everything else? Like our surroundings, the people we know who make up our circle of influence. How much do we control this and make sure that it is in alignment with our higher selves?

It is a tricky situation as you go down this path of enlightenment and growth that you don't just distance yourself from your friends. Because we know that a rising tide lifts all ships. We want to be able to lift everyone, but we have to make sure that we are strong enough so that their negative beliefs or views don’t impede us and affect our mindset.
