Unleash the power of intention! 

Most times we find ourselves flowing throughout the day without much control. We wake up in the morning based on what time we go to work, we have lunch based on our break, and head home once our workday is over.

If this is the case then our actions are aligned with other’s expectations. This could mean that your vibration is subject to your surroundings and you are not in control of your energy.

Setting a positive intention before action will tell the universe what your expectations are and keep you in alignment with your goals.

Take control of your energy from the source, your mind. Follow the process and you will be on your way to a higher vibrational life and a positive mindset.

How's it going everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast where we work together to raise our vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset.
