Summary

In today’s episode, I host a Q&A session that stresses the importance of resonating lessons, aligning team goals, and the power of empathy in business and life. I elaborate on the virtues of consistency, the balance between absorbing environments and asking pivotal questions, and how our inherent value is deeply intertwined with how we use our time. BYUQ Nick is one of my favorites because it allows me to listen for instead of

0:12.0

speak to. So I think it's important for all of us to make sure

0:16.0

that we're listening for things not speaking to. But go ahead, bring up

0:20.0

the first person. Beautiful. We have Oliver here who is just

0:24.0

doing the stage. Oliver, happy Friday. Feel free to unmute yourself and ask David

1:17.0

But I heard this week another version of that, which is if I'm not the smartest

1:25.0

one in the room, then I better be asking questions. And so many people miss the

1:30.0

opportunity in their own humility of getting into the right rooms, but not

1:37.0

asking questions. And we see that in our meetups. We see that at our dinners

1:42.0

that we do. We see that on the breakfast of champions that we take the

1:48.0

time to surround ourselves with a higher frequency, a higher level of awareness.

1:53.0

And yet we don't ask questions. So not only should you be the smartest one in
