Chris is an American Luger who has been active since 2001 and in 2015, he won the Luge World Cup Men’s singles even in Lake Placid. Whether you're training for Regionals, The Games, or the Olympics, there is a lot to learn from Chris and his experiences as an Olympic athlete. We’ll be getting into his early Luge career, qualifying for the Olympics, and his mental preparation as an elite athlete. Enjoy the show.
