Summary

This week on the Brute Strength Podcast I’m excited to introduce you to the Squat King himself, Dr. Aaron Horschig. Aaron graduated from Truman State University in 2009 and went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri in 2012. Since then he’s worked with professional football players in the NFL, Olympic Weightlifters, NCAA Division I & II athletes, as well as CrossFit athletes. In this episode we’ll be diving into a lot of the concepts and principles highlighted in his book, The Squat Bible, as well as how we can ultimately improve the performance of our athletes through the quality of movement. Be sure to check below for links to his book and his website. Enjoy the show.
