Guys, this episode is a little unique. It's different than what I normally do.

I was interviewed on a podcast by an individual named Rick Trimmer. He owns a company called M-42 Adventures,

and he has a podcast that's M-42 Adventures. But he had a lot of success in trades,

you know, flooring businesses, cabinet businesses. He got to the point where he decided to

sell his business to his employees. So he got his business evaluated

and sold his business to his employees at a discount. Basically owner financed it where the

employees own 60% and he owns 40%. He's still taking dividends and checks, but he doesn't have to deal

with the day-to-day headache and stresses.

He's had success in real estate, a whole bunch of different business ventures.

And, you know, now he travels the world with his family, his wife, and his three kids.

And he asked me to be on his podcast.
