0:28.1	Guys, this episode is a little unique. It's different than what I normally do.
0:32.5	I was interviewed on a podcast by an individual named Rick Trimmer. He owns a company called M-42 Adventures,
0:40.7	and he has a podcast that's M-42 Adventures. But he had a lot of success in trades,
0:46.9	you know, flooring businesses, cabinet businesses. He got to the point where he decided to
0:52.2	sell his business to his employees. So he got his business evaluated
0:56.3	and sold his business to his employees at a discount. Basically owner financed it where the
1:03.1	employees own 60% and he owns 40%. He's still taking dividends and checks, but he doesn't have to deal
1:09.2	with the day-to-day headache and stresses.
1:11.2	He's had success in real estate, a whole bunch of different business ventures.
1:15.5	And, you know, now he travels the world with his family, his wife, and his three kids.
1:19.3	And he asked me to be on his podcast.
1:21.1	And it was such a good podcast that I said, you know, I want to air this on the real business
1:25.8	owners podcast because I was going to interview him anyways.
1:28.3	So I thought it would be a treat for you guys to be able to listen in on the podcast that me and him did.
