This seller on Drummer Avenue has a duplex. Okay, so two houses attached to each other

with two different tenants living in the properties. These tenants combined right now are

paying $3,500 a month. The seller, I'll just call her Susie, the seller has just got sick of being a landlord, dealing with repair requests, dealing with people late on their payments.

And she just got to a point where she said, I just don't want to deal with this anymore.
