So I was recently a guest on a show called Zero to 100 podcast with host Travis Dillard,

Mitch England, and Gabe Hamill. And honestly, it was one of my favorite podcasts I've been on in

forever. So I wanted to just reshare it here with y'all. So in this episode, we talk about a lot

of stuff, but everything from you know my own

real estate journey some of the things that i've learned and gone through sometimes i've never

really shared before we've talked about some of the mindset shifts i've had to undergo as kind of

i scaled the portfolio and what i think the number one reason why most real estate investors fail is

we'll talk about that we'll talk about a common thread between really all of

the business people I look up to in life and all the important, like, just stuff they do.

Plus, something called the five-minute rule for taking action. All that, plus the guys asked me for

some book recommendations. So I give some there. There's a few of those as well. So sit back, relax.

name from bigger pockets. You have open door capital. But at some point, like everybody that gets

started, you had no real estate.
