Welcome to another episode of Surviving the Survivor.

especially on a momentous day, like the one we just had involving Ellen Greenberg.

For those who do not know, 2011, 27-year-old elementary school teacher named Ellen Greenberg.

She's found dead in her Manny Yunk condo, which is a Tony little neighborhood outside of Philadelphia, suburban Philadelphia.

And the only person around at the time was her fiance. She is stabbed or found stabbed, I should say, 20 times, 10 to the front, 10 to the very back of her head, back for neck. According to at least one pathologist, after she had already passed, one of the stab wounds was inflicted post-mortem, tough to do.

And there's been a basically a battle going on for 14 years, which cost Josh and Sandy Greenberg

around $800,000. After all this time, after all this headache, after all this insanity, on the eve of what was to be jury selection for a lawsuit against three defendants who work for the city of Philadelphia, which was supposed to happen this morning. Instead, on Saturday, we get what's known as a verification memo from Dr.

Marlon Osborne saying, hey, you know what?

I was a medical examiner, and I concluded that Ellen Greenberg's initial cause of death matter,

death was a self, I'm sorry, was a homicide.

And then a few months later, I changed it in April

to a self unaliving.

And you know what, when I did that,

it was a mistake.

It was not a self unaliving he used the
