now Mary came highly recommended from Dr. Chad Leoon and Dr. Joan Davidson both former guests of the show,

fairly enjoyable guests as well, so I had to get Mary on because you know I

trusted their opinion and Mary didn't let us down it was a

verbally enjoyable conversation Mary is a energy sufferer, she's in recovery and has been for many years.

So we find out about her story, her recovery, what helps her, how sort of acting helps kind of get out of the Ocivio.

She was also featured in Joan Davidson's book, Daring to Challenge O'CD.

She is a co-facilitator with Paula Kataskis of the San Francisco OCD Mutual Aid Support Group

at the 22nd annual OCD Conference last year in Boston, Mary facilitated a support group called Overcoming Obstacles During Treatment and Beyond with Dr Joan

Davidson who's also been on the show. She is a contributor to Joan's latest book, Daring to Challenge O. C.D. Mary recently participated in Dan,
