Hey guys and welcome to episode 24 of the OCD stories.com podcast. Now in this episode I get my first two time guest which is Lily Bailey.

So Lily was on the episode, I think, episode 12, so a few months ago now.

And back then we were talking about her OCD story and we were discussing her future book because we are bad. Now that future book

is now an actual book and it's available to buy. So we discussed the book. I have

some questions after reading the book. For a start before we get into it you know I

recommend the book. It's a great book. It's telling her life's journey but it's written in a way that it could easy be fiction.

It's an easy read.

It's not your typical non-fiction book.

And I think it offers a story of hope about recovery and it shows that you know it's not always quick

it's not always simple it can take many years and sometimes there's a lot of struggle

but there's definitely a huge element of hope and she outlines how she does it.

Not in a way of offering advice, just kind of more as a signpost that could maybe navigate you to your next step in recovery.

So yeah, check it out.

I think you will like it.
