Oh, it's so nice to have you on it. Do you know what? It's so funny because there's been so many occasions where I've been at a running event or a marathon expo or whatever and you've been there and I've just missed you and I've been desperate to meet you for quite a long time. So it's nice to meet you in this way. You too. I was going to say you've always been a runner. But then I thought that was unfair of me to assume that you have always been a runner.

I think so. I mean, okay, so I am 50 this year.

I was 50 and I reckon for 43 of those years I've been a runner because I can remember my first school's running event.
