I'm going to John Baster behind the black Bob Zimmerman is here. We're going to

intuitive machines ambition on the moon. What is it Bob? This is a private company building

in Lula Landers for NASA and others. NASA puts its payloads on it, gives them some

money like a customer, and they also have payload space they sell to others.

What's interesting about this story is that they are now putting together a partnership to

bid on obtaining NASA's cancelled Viper Lunar Rover.

Viper was supposed to launch on an astrobotic lander,

but NASA was that, the Viper project was way over budget and behind schedule and so NASA decided the cost of finishing that rover was too much and not worthwhile.

They'd be better off putting some of the instruments on other cheaper landers

that a group could be launched so they canceled it but there is rumors in Congress

they want to keep it alive and so they put out a bit to see if anyone's

interested in taking over Vipa and intuitive many scenes machines have said it

wants to do so it would put it on one of its larger designed Novi Lander which is under

construction and design right now and so we'll see whether that actually

happens that's their plan at least that's their proposal and we'll see if

NASA goes along with it it's going to be hard to say

whether they'll have the money to actually finish vipe, but we'll wait and see.
