The markets at this point were responding to geopolitical events overseas we're told for oil the price of a

barrel of oil Brent crude is what Europe pays attention to West Texas is what the US

pays attention to. West Texas is what the U.S. pays attention to. West Texas was

under 70 a barrel dollars and Brent crew touched 70 dollars a barrel and is now

climbed again into the 80s. This has to do with the threat

to the Iranian oil fields perhaps also to the threat to the whole of the Middle

East in the event that Israel's response creates more

opportunity for Iran to attack Israel. We don't know but the price of oil is

is that something that the Fed is watching or are they floating above this in the clouds?

Oh I think they are watching it although I think most people imagine that any attack that comes on Iran's oil facilities might have a

short-lived reaction.
