As I understand it, the short version is this.

Mr. Biden pardoned his son, Hunter Biden,

for crimes that were about to be sentenced,

tax evasion and weapons charge.

He pardoned him not only for the events themselves, but starting back

in 2014, which was a puzzle until it was interpreted for me by Andrew McCarthy, a former

prosecutor now at the National Review Online. The anticipation, Andy guided me, was that Mr. Biden will continue to pardon members of his own

family having to do with the $27 million that James Comer's oversight committee in the House

of Representatives has identified as flowing through to the Biden family from parts unknown,

influence peddlingdling or mysterious.

All of that is the short version.

And it's very worrisome because it could easily start the new administration with storm clouds.
