I just wanted to say about these kangaroo judges, like the judge here in Trump's fraud case in New York

and the kangaroo judges on the Colorado Supreme Court, I think what people should realize

is that these judges were either elected by Democrat voters or they were appointed by other Democrats

and they're Democrat politicians before

their judges.

So there's the thing.

Here's the thing, Joe.

Yes, but what did you make of the fact that in Colorado, three, Colorado, Blue State,

three democratically appointed justices dissented from the majority. They disagreed with the decision,

and they wrote scathing dissents. One judge said, I've never seen anything like this in a

courtroom before. What do you make the fact that you had three democratically appointed justices

saying that? Well, I think it's a good sign, but I want to say also, I don't have much

faith in the Supreme Court anymore.

I think they're scared because, you know, look what happened to Kavanaugh. They showed up at his house.

They were making threats. They were harassing Justice Thomas.

I hear you. I hear you. But remember, first of all, the court should never allow whatever the response would be to
