Law and Crime Network. A lot to get into today. President Xi telling Biden that mainland China

will reunify with Taiwan. Straight up told him to his face what that could mean. We're going to

get into if you attack Harvard President Claudine Gay, you're a racist i hope you know that you're

racist you can't you know attack her on any of her credentials or anything what you said but just you're

a racist uh and everybody is apparently leaving new york uh student debts out of control we got

migrants we'll hopefully get to all that but first i got to talk about Colorado when was last

time you thought about Colorado well everybody is talk about Colorado. When was the last time you thought about Colorado?

Well, everybody is talking about Colorado right now because the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to kick Trump off the ballot.

They say that he violated the 14th Amendment by engaging in an insurrection on January 6th.

And therefore, under Colorado's election law, he is disqualified

to be the present. Now, first of all, very controversial decision, and it's most likely going to

be taken up by the Supreme Court. I think they have no choice but to take it up. They should take

it up. What's fascinating about it is, is you had seven democratically appointed

justices in Colorado. What? Did they all vote against Trump? Oh, no, no, no, no, no.

There was a split. Three of them, democratically appointed justices dissented. They didn't agree
