issuing completely non-binding bogus criminal referrals to President Trump and many other individuals. I mean, we will get to that, but certainly not the first thing out of our mouths tonight.

And we've got some unbelievable, I mean, every time the Twitter files are released at the bed has to be lawnmuzz to various independent journalists,

we do have again, unbelievable information about not just what happened at that organization, but also with the FBI, a connection with them in today's revelation in the Twitter files is is worse than anything we've seen.

First, let me break the news for you. If you haven't heard it at the top of the hour news, break the Supreme Court.

Led by Chief Justice Roberts has in fact put a stay on the lifting of the Tuddle 42 protocols at the border.

Now, I know that Mark Levin's audience is the smartest in all of talk radio. I don't need to do too much explanation.

But just in case people are skimming by, there may be some newbies here that don't understand what Tuddle 42 is.

Tuddle 42 is a provision that was put in during the Trump administration, that through the Health and Human Services Department,

that allowed the Border Patrol to restrict access to illegal aliens crossing our border under the guise of the COVID-19 health protocols.

Now, let's just be clear here. The laws are already in place.
