0:38.2	zero by 2050. The International Energy Agency recently laid out a roadmap to make it to that goal,
0:44.4	which includes no more investing in new fossil fuel projects. The pathway to reach the net zero
0:51.4	2050 is a very, very narrow pathway, but still achievable if we move quickly
0:59.0	and if we have an international collaboration among the governments around the world.
1:04.6	But economist Mark Carney says human nature's tendency toward procrastination gets in our own way.
