Yeah, big winds hitting Scotland this week, which is going to affect certainly recreation.

But I've been up in the hills where the snow has arrived, big time.

At long last.

And we're looking at the future of Cairn-Gorn Mountain, a lot of differing opinion,

and we'll bring you that a wee bit later in the programme. I was right up in the far north

of mainland Scotland earlier this week and I was coming back down towards Helmsdale, clear blue

skies, the snows were just absolutely, you know, the hills just covered in snow, just these white

blocks against the sky fabulous it sees lovely

yeah as always driving up to kairngorn just when you pass this just before you get to the snow

gates there's kind of some gentle slopes and it was heaving with kids yeah that's great just sledging

everywhere and it was just such a wonderful sight because we haven't had a huge amount of snow in

scandin in recent years but the car park was full at the bottom the car park was legend everywhere and it was just such a wonderful sight because we haven't had a huge amount of snow in Scotland
