Heather Mourning, well, she spent a lifetime working in the Scottish outdoors

pretty well, it was kind of sleet and hail and rain but despite the weather and she's tough,

she's used to that kind of thing. But first of all, we wanted to know what her current job actually involves.

If you had to summarise the job, it's basically looking at why people get into difficulties in the mountains

and providing education and training for people to get the skills to operate safely.
