0:00.0	Dear God, I come to you for help. For my heart is not open to another child of God.
0:22.0	I know that it should be. I know that this is holding me back.
0:27.0	And so I come to you, dear Lord. I ask your help in melting the wall that vision of this other person. You see a golden ball of light within
1:00.0	their heart, covering their body, extending outward beyond their skin.
1:11.7	This is who they truly are.
1:15.0	See in your mind their mannerisms as you know them.
1:21.0	See in your mind the thing they did or did not do that causes you such stress.
1:30.0	And now allow the hand of God to come upon you, to shift your thinking and change your eyes.
1:45.0	Allow the other person to transform before you.
1:50.0	From there are parents you. From their apparent darkness into the light.
1:57.0	From Devil to Angel, from enemy to Friend.
2:07.0	Now, standing next to them with your inner eye, see yourself.
2:29.0	In the middle of your heart, see the light. Watch the light expand to flow through you and extend beyond your skin. Watch how the light emerges from you.
2:47.0	Watch how the light emerges from them. Now watch the light become one. Their light and your light merge.
3:09.0	On the level of spirit, They are not a separate being from you.
3:17.4	Allow the spirit of God to build a bridge,
3:22.4	to reveal your oneness.
3:26.0	Both of you are innocent.
3:30.0	Both of you are love.
3:35.0	And now once again, see this person as a physical being.
3:45.0	And now, for the ultimate healing of your heart,
3:52.0	kneel before them.
